Sinex Long-Acting (for the nose) is for temporary relief of nasal congestion (stuffy nose) caused by allergies or the common cold.

Do not use Sinex for more than three days. Frequent or prolonged use may cause nasal congestion to recur or worsen. Stop use and ask a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.
