What are MEF service standards?
MEF defines many service standards, including those for underlay connectivity, as well as overlay services such as SD-WAN. Dynamic, assured, high-speed technology-agnostic service standards from MEF provide the underlying fabric for modern digital services.
What are MEF feeder cells?
Embryonic Fibroblast (MEF) feeder cells are used for the maintenance of mouse or human ES cells in the undifferentiated state. The cells must be mitotically inactivated prior to the addition of ES cells, such as treatment with mitomycin C (2-4 hr, 10 µg/mL).
