Is it harder to ride clipless on the eggbeaters?
I first learned to ride clipless on Candies and I was worried that by switching to the eggbeaters it would be harder to clip in because the surface is much smaller but it is actually way better! Now there are 4 entry points so I’m not struggling to get my foot in anymore.
Why do you like eggbeaters?
I’ve ridden eggbeaters for 15 years. After riding every other brand, I settled on eggbeaters because they are light, easy entry, great float, and they clear mud. Raced these in LaRuta, and they had zero issues. They also perform great in the clay mess in Fruita as well as the sand of the Colorado front range. Easy to service and rebuild.
