Books are available in print or online. To access e-books, click “Connect to”. To find books in the library, look at the location and call number, then find the call number area on floor maps.

Go to Student Information System (SIS) Service Request in ServiceLink If you do not have an active CAS session, you may be prompted to enter your UCR credentials before proceeding. In the Category drop down, choose System Access. 3. Complete the required fields.

UCR and UC alumni You may obtain a UCR library card from circulation desks. To establish library privileges, please bring your UCR or UC Alumni Association membership card and proof of address (i.e. driver’s license). Privileges are granted for length of annual membership or updated biennially for lifetime members.

Anyone is welcome to visit the library! In addition to UCR students, faculty and staff, several other groups of people are welcome to check out books. Only UCR Students, staff and faculty are able to use our online licensed materials off-campus.

Glasgow is open to all faculty, staff, students, and visitors for lunch service. While Savor is relocated to Lothian to better serve our students during spring, it will only be open for meal plan holders (Meal Swipes, Dining Dollars, and Bear Bucks).

You can check out materials at circulation/reserves desks with your valid library card. Loan periods vary by item and by card holder status, so be sure to check your borrowing privileges. You are responsible for all items checked out on your card and should not loan borrowed materials to any other person.
