Is Atlanta Botanical Garden Pet Friendly?
Can I bring my pet? Pets are not allowed inside the Garden. Service animals are permitted. Please do not allow service animals to defecate or urinate in the Garden.
Is Stone Mountain Park Pet Friendly?

Yes, only way into the park is to pay to park. Then once you do that you can go about without further charges, as long as you do not go on a ” pay” attraction.
Is Piedmont Park in Atlanta Safe?
We have welcomed an increase of police presence in Piedmont Park to reassure visitors and to help reinforce that our park is still one of the safest in the country. The Park remains open for normal hours of operations between 6am and 11pm and all permitted events remain scheduled.
Is Krog Street Market dog friendly?
We love our furry friends, but pets are currently not allowed inside Krog Street Market.
Can you conceal carry at Stone Mountain?
The Stone Mountain Memorial Association has repealed its ban on carrying firearms in Stone Mountain Park. Carrying with a GFL and car carry (even without a GFL) now are permitted. The former (interim) provision that requires notifying the police when carrying in the park also has been repealed.
Why can’t dogs go up Stone Mountain?
Only dogs and cats are welcome to visit the Park. They must be kept on a leash no longer than 6 feet and they are not allowed in many of the public areas including the Lasershow Lawn, the Walk Up Trail, or Special Events Areas. Pets also are not allowed within ticketed areas or on the attractions.
